The development of this 12-story, 107-unit luxury condominium project in Park Slope includes a two-story main entrance lobby, fitness center, outdoor amenities on the second floor and roof levels, high-end apartment finishes, underground attendant parking and ground floor retail space. Due to the complex foundation designed for this project, environmental remediation and adjacent property conflicts, CM Services Group, Inc. worked successfully to mitigate issues and ensure project advancement. CM Services Group, Inc. is currently providing complete project management services, overseeing the both design and construction phases.
The Bradhurst Carriage House, Manhattan, NY
CM Services Group, Inc. provided pre-construction construction management services for the conversion of this 18,000 square foot historic carriage house into eight luxury condominium apartments complete with a roof top garden terrace. Some of our services included selecting consultants, overseeing the preparation of clear and complete construction documents, value engineering, and budgeting. During construction, CM Services Group, Inc. was an agent to the owner in bidding and awarding subcontractors, preparing subcontract agreements, and finally, overseeing the construction and close out completion of the project.

For this new 73-unit, eight-story rental project located in Brooklyn, NY, CM Services Group, Inc. served a primary role in overseeing the project design and ensuring that the drawings were completed and coordinated properly for timely construction. Additionally services provided were budgeting, value engineering and hiring of various consultants.
1124 Bedford Avenue, Brooklyn, NY
CM Services Group, Inc. initially provided project management services during pre-construction phase of this new, six-story mixed-use residential building located in the Clinton Hill section of Brooklyn, NY. After serving as owner’s representative, CM Services Group, Inc. now functions as construction manger in developing this mid-rise luxury condominium complex that will hold 68 apartment units with private terraces, amenities and onsite parking, as well as commercial space on ground and cellar floors.
235 North 9th Street (N9 N10), Williamsburg Brooklyn, NY
This new $70 million, eight-story, 173-unit luxury condominium project located in the trendy Williamsburg section of Brooklyn is complete with retail and amenity space and ground floor parking. This luxury project includes amenities on the roof level, a gym on the ground floor, and a vertical heat pump mechanical system throughout the building. This complex project endured environmental conditions that could have affected foundation commencement. In working with the design team, CM Services Group, Inc. resolved many coordination conflicts between architect and engineers and identified plan errors and omissions. In addition, CM Services Group, Inc. worked closely with the developer in value engineering the project and preparing budgets and schedules. Such involvement helped to save considerable dollars during the construction phase. CM Services Group also mitigated many issues that enabled the developer to meet a June 2008 tax abatement deadline.
