For over 10 years, CM Services Group, Inc. has worked in partnership with its sister company, Lo Magno Construction, Inc., to facilitate construction and improvements within occupied schools. Our expertise and committed involvement has helped K-12 school districts transform their existence to continually maintain a safe, healthy working environment for students, faculty and surrounding communities.

From the demolition and conversion of existing classrooms to high-end upgrades, including science labs, auditoriums, libraries, culinary kitchens and lighting systems, CM Services Group, Inc. serves as General Contractor managing the coordination of subcontractors and schedules for school projects with minimal disruption during class schedules and general operations.
