OUR HISTORY

CM Services Group, Inc. was formed in 2001 to fill the gap between design and build (See Our Perspective & Philosophy).

With 40 years of accumulative, multi-disciplinary experience through its Founder and President, Lawrence Lo Magno, and Associates, we bring our clients the highest level of industry knowledge and expertise, along with a reputation for reliable hands-on management, quality trade contacts and ongoing professional interaction.

Our individual and combined efforts have made significant contributions to commercial, retail, residential and institutional projects. Our work includes construction of over two two million sq. ft. core and shell retail complexes, a 16-plex movie theater, pre-development of 600,000 sq. ft. commercial buildings, progressive public school upgrades throughout New York City, conversion of warehouses to multi-tenant condominiums as well as new construction of multi-unit condominiums.
