Monitor project schedules and lead weekly meetings with Construction Manager and Subcontractors to review schedules, design/quality control issues and project costs.

Identify tasks requiring attention and suggest alternative courses of action when necessary.

|
Analyze, clarify and oversee the bidding process, including participating in subcontractor interviews to define scope of work for each trade.
|
|
Assist with purchasing and coordination of all furniture, fixtures and equipment.
|
|
Perform an overview of work in place to ensure quality control and compliance with construction documents.
|

Assist with value engineering during bid and award phase in order to keep project on budget. |
 |
Identify and forecast design, construction and client changes to allow Client to realize total project cost and scale back changes to minimize cost overruns. |
